Assist Dir of Non-Clinical Services
Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
Shall demonstrate leadership and commitment with respect to the quality management system by:
(a) promoting the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking;
(b) engaging, directing and supporting persons to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management system
(c) promoting improvement.
Assist Director and Associate Director in planning, directing, and supervising all aspects of business related to imaging modalities as assigned in regard to services, programs, and evaluations of such programs.
Assist in developing capital, expense and salary operating budgets, working with appropriate parties. Develops and implements appropriate methods to monitor budget compliance and resolve variance.
Ensures the preparation and accuracy of reports, documents, payroll records and statistical surveys required by role.
Coordinates department purchases including contracts and agreements, ensuring adequate stock levels of supplies.
Conducts and engages in staff meetings and encourages staff to participate in meeting unit business goals.
System Administrator/Manager of the Voice of Recognition Dictation System, to include maintenance, analysis, and training of physicians and staff.
On call for continued support as needed.
Assist in QA/PI projects.
Maintains knowledge of current trends and developments in the field through continuing education. Presents new information and demonstrates knowledge by making suggestions for operations.
Performs all other duties and assignments as directed by leadership.
- Have five (5) years business management experience.
