JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
Operates, adjusts, and maintains chlorine disinfection systems, pumps, chlorinators, heating and filtration equipment, and other mechanical equipment related to the operation of the swimming pool(s).
Makes chlorine, pH, water balance, and temperature tests of pool water.
Backwashes the filter
Maintains sand filtration systems
Cleans and fills Hot Tubs/ Spas.
Safely use chemical and cleaning agents used in swimming pool maintenance.
Maintain the pool areas and mechanical rooms in a clean, sanitary, and safe condition
Inventories and assists in ordering pool supplies and chemicals.
Performs preventative fitness equipment maintenance according to required schedules.
Performs repairs in a timely manner. Communicates with Equipment Maintenance/Personal Training Manager if repair cannot be completed within 5 days. Provides daily updates after 5 days.
Maintains accurate repair records regarding preventative maintenance and repair.
Performs other maintenance duties as requested to include but not limited to changing ceiling tiles, changing lightbulbs, changing out locks in locker rooms, cleaning of mechanical rooms, assist with light grounds duty such as trash pickup
Work schedule : 80 hours bi-weekly
Qualifications /Training:
Six Months of related work experience
Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education:
Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED from an accredited school
