Essential Job Responsibilities/Expectations1.   Job responsibilities include those listed in competency document.2.   Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.3.   Demonstrates proper telephone and electronic communication etiquette. 4.   Follows policies and procedures of the hospital; demonstrates knowledge of HIPPA; practices patient confidentiality and uses complete discretion when discussing patient matters. 5.   Assumes personal responsibility for professional development and continuing education. Willingly participates in continuing education programs when requested. 6.   Demonstrates a time conscious awareness and consistently strives to use time effectively. Demonstrates an ability to set appropriate priorities and is prompt in completing assigned tasks. 7.   Adheres to the hospital’s absence and tardiness policy; is punctual; provides proper notification/advance notice for absences; is willing to adjust personal schedule to complete workload or special assignments when requested. 8.   Modifying existing reports, as necessary.9.   Providing education to end users on Epic’s Self Service reporting models.10.   Modifying end users security settings to allow them access to the data they need.11.   Distributing analytics content to data consumers.12.   Testing analytics build in a specified testing environment.13.   Maintain proper and thorough documentation on assigned duties in ServiceNow.14.   Performs other duties within scope of practice as assigned.

Job Requirements

Qualifications/Training: •   Must be familiar with Epics reporting tools.•   Must have proficiency with Excel.

Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education:•   HS diploma required •   Successful completion of the Epic Cogito Fundamentals certification course within a reasonable amount of time.•   Successful completion of the Epic Data Courier training after completion of Cogito Fundamentals.
