JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Function

1. Remove all trash from assigned areas. 
2. Clean all receptacles and replace liners on a daily basis. 
3. Use proper procedures when handling various types of waste. 
4. Follows department policy for trans porting trash to compactor. 
5. Maintain a clean compactor area on a daily basis. 
6. Perform floor care to include top scrubbing and recoating of hard surface flooring. 
7. Perform restorative floor care to include stripping and refinishing of hard surface flooring. 
8. Perform routine carpet care to include vacuuming, spotting and extraction of carpet. 
9. Maintain all floor and carpet equipment in accordance with established procedures. 
10. Dry mop hard surface flooring in accordance with established procedure.

Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education

• Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED from an accredited school, preferred 

Work Schedule

• Full-time, 80 hours bi-weekly
