Physician Office RN
Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-
workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
Functions include but are not limited to:
Collection of health status of patient and documents in the patient record
Participates in the development of the plan of care for the patient
Verifies that the patient understands the care plan
Follows HIPPA laws
Provides preventive care that is age appropriate
Assist physician with procedures and patient exams
Calls the patient with test results after reviewed by the physician
Does phone triage with patients
Administer medications to patients as directed by the physician
Understands equipment use and treatment room procedures
80 hours biweekly as scheduled
Must possess a valid SC license - RN
Prefer one year experience in a physician's office or other clinical setting.
