JOB DESCRIPTION
  1. Job responsibilities include those listed in competencies document
  2. Responsible for providing day to day supervision of the Human Resources Service Center staff and operations
  3. Manage special projects and initiatives with internal department leaders to drive HR and systemwide strategies including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Workforce Development, Organizational Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Occupational Health, and Employee Health
  4. Plan, coordinate, and assist in the execution of projects across the organization including tracking and reporting on status, risks, and issues
  5. Lead interdepartmental teams to complete assigned projects on time, to specifications and with efficiency
  6. Collaborate on the development of communication plans
  7. Champion new employee satisfaction initiatives including continuous process improvement of the onboarding experience

Lead change management efforts for any Human Resources process redesign
