JOB DESCRIPTION

2. Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-

3. Responsible for configuration and maintenance of network personal computers and related equipment. Maintain

software distribution system.

4. Installs, upgrades and supports desktop computer, server and network applications.

5. Assesses current and proposed IT infrastructure for physician offices and makes recommendations based on needs and

available technologies.

6. Answer calls from customers and take corrective action or escalate as needed.

7. Recommend changes to improve user availability and performance.

8. Develop backup and recovery procedures. Develop, test and document disaster recovery plans.

9. Ensure all changes are made in accordance with McLeod change control, security, and risk assessment policies.

10. Follow all Security Policies and Procedures.
