JOB DESCRIPTION

Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values. 

Provide employee health services including but not limited to description listed in basic functions/responsibilities. 

Provide nurse case management for McLeod Health employees in your designated location. Case management will include initial injury assessment, interview, management of related documentation, post-accident drug/alcohol testing, coordination of care between the employer and provider, referrals, authorization of prescription/treatment for each claim. Primary liaison to the McLeod Health WC coordinator.  

Primary liaison for employee health services in your location, directors, managers, and employees.  

Health coach screener for McLeod Healthier You program.  

 

Basic functions/responsibilities:  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to, post offer health assessments, venipuncture, immunization administration, DOT certified urine drug screen collection, respirator fit testing, fitness for duty assessments, work related injury case management, Healthier You screening/coaching, employees health representation for surveying bodies including DHEC/DNV/OSHA, and lead nurse for annual health campaigns (influenza vaccination campaign). 

 

Qualifications /Training: 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  

Ability to solve problems and follow through to solutions. 

Ability to function independently.  

 

Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education: 

South Carolina LPN nursing license
