Essential Job Responsibilities
- Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors,
physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
- Site Preparation
- Unlocks doors in the morning to the building and offices.
- Maintain a neat and clean office environment.
- Check waiting area for cleanliness, magazines are adequate, temperature is comfortable. Reassess waiting area throughout the day and prior to leaving at the end of the day.
- Keep individual workstations neat, organized, and professional in appearance.
- Cash drawer(s) counted upon arrival. Ensure adequate change is kept in cash drawer.
2. Patient Preparation
- Pre-Registration. Live call established patients two days prior to appointment to create and register for encounter.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally. Job will involve some stooping, kneeling, crouching and/or crawling, pushing and pulling with frequent standing, walking and sitting. Requires manual dexterity with ability to perceive size and shape.
