JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Job Responsibilities

  1.   Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients,  visitors,

               physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.

 

  1.  Site Preparation
  1.  Unlocks doors in the morning to the building and offices.
  2.  Maintain a neat and clean office environment.
  3. Check waiting area for cleanliness, magazines are adequate, temperature is comfortable.  Reassess waiting area throughout the day and prior to leaving at the end of the day.
  4. Keep individual workstations neat, organized, and professional in appearance.
  5. Cash drawer(s) counted upon arrival.  Ensure adequate change is kept in cash drawer.

      2.   Patient Preparation

  1.  Pre-Registration. Live call established patients two days prior to appointment to create and register for encounter.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.  Job will involve some stooping, kneeling, crouching and/or crawling, pushing and pulling with frequent standing, walking and sitting.  Requires manual dexterity with ability to perceive size and shape.
