McLeod Child Development Center

PRN Child Caregiver

Provides and maintains an appropriate environment for the children in his/her care. Demonstrates positive interpersonal and communication skills. Operates a vehicle when needed. Performs clerical duties as needed. Substitutes for regular staff. Must be able to work various hours either scheduled or unscheduled and work with varying age groups.

Work Schedule: PRN  (hours are scheduled on an as needed basis.)

 Department Description:  Onsite at McLeod Regional Medical Center: developmental child care, preschool, after school care with transportation and summer camp for school age children.  

 Skills Required:  High School Diploma required; 6 months experience working with children in a licensed approved center, and/or course work in ECD 101 or ECE 101 from a technical college or four year institution preferred.
