Required Education/Experience                          

1.    Bachelor’s degree required.  2.    Minimum of two years of experience in employee recruiting, training, or employee career coaching required.

Essential Functions

1.    Possession of excellent written communication skills, and experience in writing job descriptions and employment postings/advertisements. 2.    Possession of superior interpersonal skills and a high level of emotional intelligence. 3.    Ability to coach and counsel employees as needed and maintain positive working relationships with individuals at all levels within the organization. 4.    Ability to learn, use, and train others on a variety of retention strategies. 5.    Knowledge of employment interview techniques and HR law. 6.    Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. 7.    Ability to work with limited supervision. 8.    Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with policies, procedures and bargaining agreements.

Language Skills                               

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from administrators, employees and/or students and the general public.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
