JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers

Requires a blend of technical aptitude, data management experience and the ability to communicate well with internal
and external customers.
Participates in projects that involve the supply chain processes, logistics, analysis, process design, data collection, and
systems implementation across all functional areas.
Contribute to the development of processes and procedures that reduce costs and increase efficiencies.
Collect and organize data to analyze procurement activity in order to determine method of improving services and
lowering cost.
Prepares accurate and timely reports to monitor cost, quality, satisfaction, and cycle count metrics along with key
performance benchmarks.
Works collaboratively with all departments within the organization to develop and maintain programs and processes
designed to ensure compliance with procurement standards.
Works with corporate Information Systems departments (Financial, Operational, Networking, etc.) to ensure timely
service, upgrades, repairs, and other projects aimed at maintaining and/or enhancing system applications.
Provides training, support, and services for all information systems hardware and software related to the procurement
process.
Work Schedule: 80 hours bi-weekly
Qualifications/Training:
High degree of proficiency with Excel and Access along with a working knowledge of other Microsoft Office products is required. Strong customer service and communication skills are mandatory. The ability to write SQL queries is desired, but not a requirement.
Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field. In Lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, the position permits two years of college and four years of progressively responsible work experience that requires knowledge and application of supply management, warehousing, distribution, and logistics, which demonstrates the ability to work in healthcare supply chains or any equivalent combination of education & experience.
