Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values. Responsible for implementing and maintaining telehealth/telemedicine technologies across the McLeod Health organization. Leads the design of hardware systems as well as workflow design for both telehealth and conferencing applications. He or she also serves as a coordinator between clients and other IT personnel for use of equipment, problem resolution and project evaluation. Participation in on-call rotation schedule, to include daily, after hours and weekends, to provide around the clock support is required. Qualifications/Training: Experience in audio-video technologies, personal computer, and networking technologies Must be a team player with initiative, organizational skills and strong analytical abilities. Seven years of related work experience in information systems support A minimum of three years audio-video oriented experience and a minimum of three years of systems support experience including hardware and networking. Job requires the ability to design, support, and monitor telehealth hardware and software systems.
