Essential Functions

As a Hospice Caregiver, you will provide exceptional care and support to patients while embodying our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values. Responsibilities encompass maintaining a professional demeanor, providing personal care, and promoting comfort and safety. You’ll play an essential role in patient care, including assessments, hygiene, communication with the interdisciplinary team, and maintaining a clean environment. Your commitment to excellence and compassion will contribute to a caring and respectful environment for patients, families, and visitors.

Required Education/Experience                          

• High School Diploma/GED equivalent from an accredited school.
• Proof of completing a nursing assistant training program (certificate or state certification).
• Must have worked as a nurse’s aide, have related work experience, or have completed the nurse’s aide program within the last 24 months.

Current South Carolina Driver’s License and Automobile Insurance as required by low if providing hospice homecare.
