Maintains building plumbing components.
Works with other trades as necessary to complete projects.
Installs, repairs, inspects, and maintains safe and efficient operation of including, but not limited to: sanitary waste, storm drainage, water supply, medical and natural gas, process piping and fire sprinkler systems.
Perform Preventive Maintenance Measures.
Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
Log daily reading of equipment and systems as assigned.
Review Work Orders daily and complete associated tasks/repairs by Type/Priority.
Perform other maintenance duties as requested.

Must possess a minimum of 4 years of experience maintaining plumbing systems. In lieu of 4 years’ experience, 2 years plumbing experience in a hospital. Must be able to demonstrate general computer data entry proficiency. Must become SC Backflow Tester certified and Medical Gas Repair certified within 1 year of employment.
