New Graduate Nurses at McLeod

When you join McLeod as a new Graduate Nurse, you will receive the following:

• Receive an RN/New Nurse salary
• Begin your orientation process
• Work under the direct supervision of a seasoned RN
• Be reimbursed for your NCLEX and LLR fees

To qualify to be hired as a New Graduate Nurse at McLeod Health, the graduate nurse must:

• Be endorsed by their school to take the NCLEX
• Must have a date to sit for the test and then apply to the LLR for the GN license. To accomplish this the graduate nurse must:
  • Have no felony on record
  • Pass the NCLEX or they will be unable to continue
  • Have never taken the NCLEX before
  • Test within 90 days
