My Story
Rhonda Cusaac brings over 25 years of learning development, project management and customer service experience to McLeod Health. Her career began at Blue Cross Blue Shield managing insurance claims before joining the Learning and Development team as a Trainer. Over the years, she has taught hundreds of students for Blue Cross, Assurant Solutions, ADP, and McLeod. Her passion for project management and technical support is a perfect fit in her current role as the Learning Management System Coordinator. Rhonda is certified as a Facilitator of DDI Systems through Development Dimensions International, a CompTIA Technical Trainer through NetCom Information Technology and an Emotional Intelligence Certified Trainer through TalentSmart.

My Story
Before joining McLeod Health, Mahogany spent a decade working in higher education managing programs to support underserved students by building partnerships with local businesses to create student employment pathways. Her training experience began as a Safe Zone instructor to promote connection, inclusivity, and appreciation for faculty, staff, and students. Mahogany transitioned into a College Skills instructor to aid students in getting acclimated to the higher education environment.
Mahogany received her bachelor’s degree from Charleston Southern University and her master’s degree in student Success and Leadership from Walden University. She is a certified trainer in Crucial Conversations, Crucial Accountability, Getting Things Done, and 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace. Mahogany also holds a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certificate from the University of South Florida.
