Administrative Residency
The Administrative Residency Program at McLeod Health is an eighteen-month rotational and project-based professional development opportunity. This learning experience includes exposure to executive and managerial-level decision-making and process improvement.
Qualifications to Apply
- Completion of a master’s degree (M.H.A, M.P.H., M.H.S.A., M.B.A., or related field) by July 2025
- Master’s degree from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME) is preferred

- Two letters of recommendation – one academic and one professional
