Health Science Careers and Work-Based Learning Partnerships

McLeod Health partners with public and private high schools, career centers, and magnet academies in South Carolina and North Carolina to provide students in health science courses the WBL (work-based learning) opportunities, both suggested and required, according to the state’s educational standards. Students observe, conduct research, and perform clinical rotations on all McLeod Health campuses and in several outpatient physician practices.
