Administrative Fellowship Program
The Administrative Fellowship Program at McLeod Health is an 18-month rotational and project-based professional development opportunity. Our program is based in the McLeod Health Physician Network. This learning experience includes exposure to:
- Rural and urban communities
- Strategic improvement projects
- Project management, capital budgeting, & physician practice operations
Qualifications to Apply
- Completion of a master’s degree (M.H.A, M.P.H., M.H.S.A., M.B.A., or related field) by July 2026
- A master’s degree from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME) is preferred
Submission of Materials
- Resume
- Personal Statement – include goals, qualifications, and objectives
- Two letters of recommendation – one academic and one professional
Application Timeline
- Applications will be accepted from July 15, 2025, to September 12, 2025
- Candidate Offers: Early October
- Residency start date: July 2026
