MST Fast Track Program

Advance your career in Direct Patient Care with the MST Fast Track Program! This program, delivered through a registered training provider in both coastal and inland regions, equips students with the skills needed to become Certified Nursing Assistants. This unique program is at no cost to the participants. Graduates will also have the opportunity to apply these skills as Medical Surgical Technicians at one of our McLeod Health facilities. 

Upon successful completion, you will earn:

• A Nursing Assistant Certificate of Completion
• Eligibility for the State Certification Exam
• An offer of employment with McLeod Health
• Completion of a Nationally Certified Registered Apprenticeship Program

Do I Qualify? The MST Fast Track Program is ideal for individuals who are:

• Interested in a career in healthcare
• Committed to completing training and apprenticeship requirements
• Not currently certified as a CNA, RMA, or CMA
