McLeod Health Nursing Academy

During the summer months, McLeod Health hosts an opportunity for high school students who may be interested in a nursing career to participate in an experiential and educational career-development program uniquely designed to assist students by sharing industry insight and inspiring a fulfilling and meaningful career in the nursing field.

The McLeod Health Nursing Academy provides clinical education, career skills, educational plans, scholarship information, and industry-recognized credentials. There are two sessions held each summer, one in Florence and one in Myrtle Beach. Each academy provides the same opportunities for students.
